4 COMPRESSOR

WARNING

The compressor lubricating/cooling system is un-

der pressure, To prevent injury, do not, under any

circumstance, remove drain plug or filler plug from

the compressor lubricating/cooling system while

under pressure. Open the manual blowdown valve

as a safety precaution first.

250 a. Inspect all lines, hoses, and fittings for leaks or damaged

parts. Drain compressor oil, replace oil filter, and service oil

(see paragraph 4-84 and LO 5-4310-452-12).

250 b. Clean cooling fan (see paragraph 4-92).

5 FUEL SYSTEM

250 a. Replace fuel filter (see paragraph 4-26).

250 b. Clean fuel strainer in metering fuel pump (see paragraph

4-22).

250 c. Replace filter element in fuel/water separator (see

paragraph 4-27).

250 d. Inspect all fuel lines and hoses for damage or leaks.

6 VALVE

CLEARANCE

500 Adjust valve clearance (see paragraph 4-13).

7 OIL SEPARATOR

500 Replace element in oil separator (see paragraph 4-87).

8 BRAKES

4000 Adjust brakes (see paragraph 4-65).

9 WHEEL

BEARINGS

4000 Clean and repack wheel bearings (see LO 5-4310-452-12).
